How long does it take to see results with Solawave?
The wand is typically used for four to eight weeks before people notice a difference in fine lines, texture, or puffiness. The Pro masks are studied over eight weeks at five sessions a week. Three minutes a session is the dose. Skipping days is the usual reason a routine stalls.
How often should you use the Solawave wand?
Five times a week, three minutes per area, on clean skin with a water-based serum. You can treat the face, neck, and jawline in one sitting, but keep each area to three minutes.
Can you use Solawave every day?
The devices are designed for three to five sessions a week. More is not better. If your skin feels warm, tight, or irritated, take a day off and use a barrier cream.
What serum should you use with the Solawave wand?
A water-based, conductive serum. LightBoost Wand Activating Serum is made for it, but any water-based gel works. Avoid oil-based serums and thick creams, which stop the galvanic current and make the wand drag.
Can you use Solawave with retinol or vitamin C?
Many people do, but space them out. Use retinol at night and your Solawave session at a different time, and pause actives if your skin is already flaking or stinging. A patch test on the jawline is a reasonable first step.
What is the difference between the Solawave wand and LED face mask?
The wand is targeted: you move it over one area for three minutes, and it adds galvanic current, vibration, and warmth. The Wrinkle Retreat Pro is hands-free: 320 LEDs cover the whole face in one three-minute session. The wand suits the jawline and spot work. The mask suits full-face consistency.
Which Solawave device is best for wrinkles?

Does Solawave help with dark circles and under-eye bags?
The Eye Recovery Pro uses 80 LEDs across four wavelengths for the eye area. In practice, it is used for the look of puffiness, dark circles, and fine lines. It will not fix a cause that is medical, allergic, or sleep-related. Results typically take about eight weeks.
Does the Solawave Bye Acne device help with breakouts?
Bye Acne is FDA-cleared for mild-to-moderate acne. It uses 415nm blue light for acne-causing bacteria and 630nm red light for redness, for three minutes per spot, three to five times a week. It is drug-free, but it is not a substitute for a dermatologist if breakouts are severe or cystic.
How do you use the Solawave Wrinkle Retreat face mask?
Start with clean, dry skin. Apply LightBoost Face & Neck Serum if you use it. Put the mask on, press the button, and let the three-minute session run. Remove it, then apply LightBoost Rich Cream. Use it three to five times a week.
Is Solawave safe for sensitive skin?
Most people with sensitive skin tolerate it, but light therapy is not for every skin. Patch test on the jawline, start at three sessions a week, and stop if you get a persistent rash. If you have rosacea, eczema, or a photosensitivity condition, ask your dermatologist first.
Can you use Solawave devices around your eyes?
Use the Eye Recovery Pro for the eye area. It is shaped to sit close without pressing on the eyes. Keep the wand and Mini away from eyelids and eyeballs, and never look directly into the LEDs.
What are the possible side effects of Solawave?
Mild warmth and temporary pinkness are the usual ones, and they settle within an hour. Stop if you get pain, a burn, a spreading rash, or swelling. Light-sensitizing medication, pregnancy, and some health conditions make light therapy unsuitable.

We do not publish standing promo codes on this page. Join the Solawave email list and you will hear first when a seasonal offer opens. Be careful with codes from coupon sites; expired codes are common and we cannot honor them.
Does Solawave run sales?
Occasionally, around seasonal moments. The shop always shows the current price, and the email list gets the announcement before the sale ends. We do not run permanent discounts, and a countdown timer is not a reason to buy something you do not need.
How does Solawave order tracking work?
When your order ships, the shop emails a tracking link. Most orders leave the warehouse within one business day. If tracking has not moved for three business days, email info@solawave.skin with the order number.

What is the Solawave return policy?
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery, including opened and used products, under the money-back guarantee. Request a return authorization first, then send the item to the returns address provided by customer care. Return shipping is free on approved returns.
What does the Solawave warranty cover?
A one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date on paid orders. It covers manufacturing defects that stop the device working as intended. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage outside the stated use, or normal wear. Keep your order confirmation.
Where can I see Solawave before and after photos?
The reviews page shows customer stories and the clinical study outcomes. We do not publish paired before-and-after photos taken under different lighting, because the photo changes more than the skin. The study numbers are the cleaner comparison.
