These terms apply to your use of solawave.skin and to orders placed through the official Solawave shop. By using the site, you agree to them.

Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the official Solawave shop. The shop confirms the price, taxes, shipping options, and payment method before you submit an order. An order is accepted when the shop sends a confirmation email.
60-day money-back guarantee
If a device does not work for you, contact customer care within 60 days of delivery for a return authorization. Opened and used products can be returned under this guarantee. Refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received. Return shipping instructions are issued with the authorization.
One-year limited warranty
Devices carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase on paid orders. It covers manufacturing defects that stop the device working as intended. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage outside the stated use, normal wear, or devices bought from an unauthorized seller.
Device safety
Use each device only as described in its instructions. Do not use light therapy if you are pregnant, under 18, taking light-sensitizing medication, or have a seizure disorder, photosensitivity, or active skin cancer, unless a clinician has cleared it. Stop if skin becomes painful or persistently irritated.

Intellectual property
The Solawave name, logo, product photography, copy, and page design on this site are owned by Solawave or used with permission. You may link to pages, but you may not copy the site wholesale or use the brand to imply an endorsement.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Solawave is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the guarantee and warranty described above.
